Had the Heliodyssey test results on the 15th of May. It was all about astronomy. Questions varied from general awareness, core astronomy, and a lot more. Top 5 would get to qualify for the trip to Russia to view the total solar eclipse on 1st August. Too bad I missed it. Still, I won myself a pair of terrestrial binoculars. But THE best part came when I saw my result:
Your score was 42. You missed the qualification by 5 marks. Hope you take part in Heliodyssey 2009 and come to China.
Part 1: 42! What a score! But too bad it wasn’t the highest.
Part 2: China?!?!?! Don’t these guys know that the total solar eclipse will occur in New Delhi as well?? Anyways, will try again in 2009. Till then.
